Welcome Everybody. Thank you for coming to our website. We believe that thePHAST is truly a one of a kind race, and anybody that has the opportunity to participate in it will remember it for the rest of their lives. 

Finishing a triathlon in and of itself is a gigantic accomplishment, and to add to the mix serving those in need, you have a recipe for the most exiting and fulfilling weekend you may have this year!

Last Year's PHAST was a huge success, and this year is gearing up to be even better.

There are a few changes from last year, namely :

1) Registration and packet pick up will be the night before, October 7th, at the Heritage Pool

(same location as the Race) from 6:00 to 8:00PM instead of the morning of like last years

2) There will be an awards ceremony at the end of the Race!!!

3) The Bike Course has been changed from last year. Bikers will, from the Heritage Aquatics Complex, ride up Burkholder, take a right onto River Mtn. Loop Trail, remain on this trail until they reach Raildroad Pass Casino, at just over 6 miles. Riders will then turn around in the parking lot,  and return via the same route.
