Registration fees and Deadlines: 

Triathlon - Sprint   (700 yds Swim. 12 miles Bike. 5K Run)

Junior PHAST and PHAST 5K

Junior PHAST** - $35*

-Short Course(Ages 5-12): 

            Swim: 50 yards

            Bike: 2 miles

            Run: 1/2 mile

-Long Course(Ages 9-15):

            Swim: 200 yards

            Bike: 4 miles

            Run: 1 mile

PHAST 5K - $20*

**Parents can assist and "race" with thier children in the Junior PHAST, but these kids are not eligible for placing, but finisher medal/dog tag will still be earned.
